While his England team-mates prepared for their final Six Nations clash against Scotland, Jamie George appeared ready for a very different sporting challenge.

With Cheltenham Festival well underway, the hooker donned a full jockey’s outfit as he watched the horse racing on television.

Sporting black boots, white trousers and striped yellow and green top completed by a black jockey’s hat, George declared that ‘today is a huge day!’

The front-row forward has been a mainstay for England so far this Six Nations campaign, and is set to start the potentially decisive Test at Twickenham on Saturday.
